The "Liaoning Yingkou Jianfa Shenghai Multi metal Comprehensive Utilization Technology Upgrade Project" is jointly funded and constructed by Xiamen Jianfa Group Co., Ltd., ranked 69th in the Fortune Global 500, and Liaoning Shenghai Industrial Group, one of the top 100 private enterprises in Liaoning, with a total investment of 12.15 billion yuan. After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 600000 tons of cathode copper. At the same time, 2.36 million tons of sulfuric acid, a by-product of the copper smelting project, can be used to produce 300000 tons of industrial grade phosphoric acid and 100000 tons of iron phosphate for new energy batteries. This project mainly uses copper concentrates imported from countries such as Chile, Peru, and Australia as raw materials, and adopts the internationally advanced "side blowing smelting+top blowing smelting" triple furnace process to create a billion dollar copper material deep processing industry cluster for the Liaoning (Yingkou) coastal industrial base and inject a shot in the arm to promote the development of fine chemical industry.
